i am just having a chuckle now at some of my old entries. like, me being happy with the 64 that i got on the last german exam, and being told well that's actually not that good...

...have i mentioned recently how out of my league i am at melbourne uni? everyone there got over 90 on their ENTER of course, and there's me, little miss 84.5. i don't think that'd get me into anything at melbourne uni. maybe agriculture at dookie. or teaching. lol.

so yes, the german exam is tomorrow and i am once again writing in my journal. thinking in german is wearing me out. and, the shittest thing of all is, that i don't know if the answers to the exercises i am doing are actually correct, as i have no answers and i have really no-one to check them for me. i hate not knowing germans!

so the barbeque was interesting -- as i have been quite stressed recently i decided to have a drink... or 6. coupled with the fact that i haven't really eaten that much this week and i was druuuuunk. to the extent that i think my relatives suspect i have a drinking problem. i still got up at 9.30 today and went into to uni to try and study. i shouldn't do that -- going to bailieu library is more pressure cause you're like "ok i'm here - now study!!' plus its full of international students who pretty much live there during exam time. the carrels are bigger that most of their apartments, i suppose.

feeling alright now, but i really gotta memorise these Nebensätze. Temporal, Kausal, Konditional, Final.
